Muzakar Isa is a Professor in the Management Study Program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Corporate Management from Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta, a Master of Science degree from Universitas Diponegoro, and a Doctoral degree in Economics from Universitas Diponegoro. He currently serves as the Dean of the Faculty of Economics and Business at Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta, where he is committed to strengthening academic excellence and international engagement.

Aflit Nuryulia Praswati is a Lecturer in the Management Study Program at the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Muhammadiyah Surakarta.
