LONG-TERM DEVELOPMENT PLAN

The FEB UMS Long Term Development Plan (RPJP) is a planning and guidance document for the organization. This document is a reference material for policy makers within FEB UMS to determine five-year and annual activities with the aim of strengthening the quality of the organization and output of FEB UMS.

The Faculty of Economics and Business, Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta (FEB UMS) is one of the oldest faculties at Muhammadiyah University of Surakarta. The number of FEB UMS students is also one of the largest in the UMS environment. FEB UMS is experiencing rapid development both in terms of accreditation rankings and the quality of FEB UMS graduates.

An organization experiences changes based on changes in the external environment. External conditions cannot be predicted, however, this must be anticipated by a developing organization.

This is what underlies the need for an organization to plan. Ideally, the long-term conditions of an organization need to be anticipated with good planning.
